Rick Gage

Rick Gage

Vice President, Business Development, LMK Technologies

A graduate of Eastern Illinois University, Rick Gage is LMK’s Vice President of Business Development. Prior to becoming VP of Business Development, Rick was LMK’s National Sales Director for six years. In this position, he educated key municipal personnel and specified engineers in regards to trenchless rehabilitation methods throughout the globe. He has been the liaison between LMK and many government entities, contractors and vendors in North America, Europe and Asia. Rick has assisted with technical submittals, coordinated CIPP field training, and trenchless demonstrations and he also managed the LMK sales team. He continues to advance his cured in-place trenchless knowledge with a full understanding of LMK’s offerings and capabilities.

Jonathan M. Steele

Jonathan M. Steele

President, Madewell Products Corporation

Jon Steele is the president of Madewell Products Corporation, a specialty manufacturer of 100% solids corrosion barrier coatings and concrete restoration products. He has 25+ years of experience in the application, testing and formulation of coatings and linings for concrete. Mr. Steele was the coatings and linings technical editor for Materials Performance magazine for three years (1992 – 1994), and he is the author of numerous published articles and papers on coating and lining related technology. Mr. Steele is the primary developer and author of the two-day course Successful Coating and Lining of Concrete offered by NACE, International. Mr. Steele holds responsible positions with technical societies that develop and promulgate industry standards. Mr. Steele has been an instructor for the NACE, International Coating Inspection Program (CIP) since its inception in 1983 and is now a Peer Reviewer for that program.

Marc Patten

Territory Manager, MSC Equipment

A graduate of Virginia Tech, Marc Patten is a territory manager for MSC Equipment, Inc., covering the eastern half of the state of Virginia. Marc has been involved in the sales and promotion of construction equipment, heavy trucks, maintenance equipment, and diesel engines for over 30 years. MSC  has been a dealer/distributor for multiple lines of construction and maintenance equipment to municipalities and contractors for over 75 years. MSC services several distinct markets including sewer equipment, asphalt maintenance equipment , snow and ice removal equipment, and rough terrain excavation equipment. In the sewer equipment business, the primary manufacturers represented are Aries CCTV camera trucks, Aquatech combination trucks, O’Brien jetter trailers, Flygt pump station pumps, Stonage and KEG jetting and cutting tools. MSC  currently has multiple active contracts with VDOT; supplying the state of Virginia with O’Brien jetter trailers, Ferguson asphalt rollers, Henderson snow plows and sand/salt spreaders. MSC continues to find solid opportunities as a full sales, parts and service company, covering the state of Virginia.

Northeast Sales, RapidView IBAK

Andy Melton is the Northeast Sales Manager for RapidView IBAK North America.  RapidView is the leading supplier of high quality pipeline inspection and rehabilitation robots to the North American market.  He has 15+ years of experience in the pipeline inspection industry.  Andy’s passion, along with his real world experience, are the key reasons he has been successful in finding solutions for his customers’ most demanding inspection projects.  Andy also has experience in the retail sector, as a Sales Manager of power sports store’s in Colorado and Wyoming.  Andy is married.  He and his wife Elizabeth live with their one year old son Mack, and their dogs, Ruby and Dio.  When Andy is home, he enjoys off road motorcycle racing, triathlons, brewing beer, and fishing.

Ryland Holmes

Owner/Steward, Gage,LLC.

A graduate of George Washington University, Ryland Holmes is the owner and steward of Gage Environmental Products and Services, LLC.   Gage, LLC, is a manufacturer’s rep firm servicing Public Utilities, Public Works and service contractors throughout Virginia, DC, Maryland and Delaware.  Gage, LLC concentrates its efforts on promoting three lines: H-Tec automatic air/vacuum release valves for pressure sewer and potable water lines; Pipe Patch, a trenchless point repair product; and Sealing Systems Inc., a premier manufacturer of internal and external seals for manholes.  Prior to forming Gage, LLC Ryland was a Senior Relationship Manager with IBM. It was here that his team developed worldwide lifecycle service parts delivery processes for three IBM model rollouts  using the skills acquired from  his training and  certification in project management from George Washington University  In this position, he also retained, developed and managed a profitable portfolio of clients and customers and ensured client satisfaction.  Ryland continues to  broaden his technical knowledge and provide superior products and customer service.

Charlie Lerman

Field Services Manager & Director of Dealer Development, Avanti International

Prior to joining the Avanti team, Charlie was with the Navy in the submarine and recruiting services. He has 15 years of construction experience – he was with a restoration contractor for six of the fifteen years and earned his bachelor degree in Business Management during that time. Charlie has been providing technical support and training for polyurethane grouts for over nine years and has been involved with the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) for almost a decade.

Currently, Charlie is the Field Services Manager and Director of Dealer Development at Avanti International. He has been involved in a wide variety of grouting jobs from dams to tunneling, municipal to sewer system work, residential, commercial, and industrial.
