Steve Henning

Steve Henning

Vice President/Technical Director, Qaudex Lining Systems

Currently, Steve is the VP/Technical Director for Quadex Lining Systems, a member of the Vortex family, and one of the nation’s most successful large diameter pipe relining and rehabilitation service providers.  Mr. Henning has over 35 years of technical experience in the environmental and infrastructure rehabilitation industries. Steve is also an active NASSCO (National Association of Sewer Service Companies) trainer with over twelve years of experience conducting PACP, LACP and MACP certification training; and only one of four certified NASSCO ITCP trainers (Inspector Training Certification Program).

His technical experience includes authoring multiple ASTM standard practices, most notably, ASTM F-2551 Standard Practice for Installing a Protective Cementitious Liner System in Sanitary Manholes, and two related chemical grouting specifications. He is heavily involved in field inspection operations, personally inspecting major project sites. His educational background in Industrial Hygiene and Safety is invaluable when conducting safe and uniform pipe and manhole inspections.

Field Operations Manager, Electro Scan Inc.

Matt Campos is the Field Operations Manager for Electro Scan Inc. and has been involved with and managed numerous pipeline inspection technology bench-marking projects throughout the United States, Germany, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom. He has been Lead Field Technician of over one hundred (100) Electro Scan projects, completing over 500,000 feet of  electro scanning. Matt has spoken at numerous water and wastewater conferences, is a member of the California Water Environment Association (CWEA), and is NASSCO PACP, LACP, & MACP certified.

Adam Baker

Mr. Adam Baker has over 27 years of experience specific to the pipeline inspection and repair industry.  His knowledge of CCTV video inspection systems, laser profiling technologies, and point repair solutions have been accumulated through these many years, beginning in 1990 with Baker Equipment Company, a long-standing, family-owned pipeline equipment distributorship. Mr. Baker specializes in communications and formal presentations.  He also has an educational and professional background in music and theater performance.  Adam has directed sales for multiple, industry-leading manufacturers, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales for Rausch Electronics USA.

Matt Huston

Matt Huston

Director of Structure Rehab, Hydro-Klean LLC

Matt Huston is the Director of Structure Rehabilitation for Hydro-Klean LLC, a Midwest based sewer rehabilitation company and has over 25 years’ experience with manhole rehabilitation.  In 1994, Matt and three other partners founded Infrastructure Technologies, Inc. (Infratech), another Midwest sewer rehabilitation company. In early 2015, Hydro-Klean LLC acquired Infratech primarily for their manhole rehabilitation experience and capabilities.  During the Infratech years, the group developed and perfected a number of manhole rehabilitation systems including a Fully Structural Manhole Rehabilitation system known as Monoform. Monoform is a custom forming system that allows installation of a new high strength monolithic concrete liner providing the same performance characteristics as replacing with new precast, but without excavation. To date, there are over 9,000 successful installations throughout the continental United States.

Jason Mathey

Southeast Regional Manager, LMK Technologies

A graduate of Eastern Illinois University, Jason Mathey is LMK’s Southeast Regional Manager.  In his 9+ years of experience at LMK he has also held the title of Director of Research and Development, Training Manager, and Fabrication Manager.  Throughout this time, he has was responsible for testing new materials and equipment and developing new equipment and processes.  Mr. Mathey has taken part in the testing and development of the NIST project for Mold in-Place Pipe and has also trained new crews to install LMK products and operate support equipment. Further, Jason also offers on-the-job technical support and has contracted out several “off the wall” jobs encountered by some of our licensees.

Casey Kane

Mr. Kane has over 11 years in the underground infrastructure rehabilitation market, specializing in equipment for the rehab market. His experience has been in the sales and field implementation of multiple lines of equipment and rehabilitation processes. Casey is certified in PACP, LACP and MACP and is a member of NASSCO (National Association of Sewer Service Companies). He is heavily involved in field inspection operations, personally inspecting major project sites. Currently, Casey is the National Sales Manager for Schwalm USA He is responsible for all sales and operations of Schwalm in North, Central and South America.

TJ Johnson

Mr. Johnson has over 25 years of experience in the field of water and waste water instrumentation.  He has a BS in Geology from Old Dominion University and has been trained and certified by more than 8 flow metering manufacturers.  He has experience teaching flow to both operators and engineers for continuing education purposes.  Mr. Johnson is the former Chair of Collections Committee of VWEA.  His company is the representative for several leading flow lines including; Hach Flow, Accusonic, Siemens and Virtual Polymer Compounds.

Jonathan M. Steele

President, Madewell Products Corporation

Jon Steele is the president of Madewell Products Corporation, a specialty manufacturer of 100% solids corrosion barrier coatings and concrete restoration products. He has 25+ years of experience in the application, testing and formulation of coatings and linings for concrete. Mr. Steele was the coatings and linings technical editor for Materials Performance magazine for three years (1992 – 1994), and he is the author of numerous published articles and papers on coating and lining related technology. Mr. Steele is the primary developer and author of the two-day course Successful Coating and Lining of Concrete offered by NACE, International. Mr. Steele holds responsible positions with technical societies that develop and promulgate industry standards. Mr. Steele has been an instructor for the NACE, International Coating Inspection Program (CIP) since its inception in 1983 and is now a Peer Reviewer for that program.

Andy Melton is the Northeast Sales Manager for RapidView IBAK North America.  RapidView is the leading supplier of high-quality pipeline inspection and rehabilitation robots to the North American market.  He has 15+ years of experience in the pipeline inspection industry.  Andy’s passion, along with his real world experience, are the key reasons he has been successful in finding solutions for his customers’ most demanding inspection projects.  Andy also has experience in the retail sector, as a Sales Manager of Powersports stores in Colorado and Wyoming.  Andy and his wife Elizabeth live with their one-year-old son Mack, and their dogs, Ruby and Dio.  When Andy is home, he enjoys off road motorcycle racing, triathlons, brewing beer, and fishing.

William Goff is the National Sales Manager for Sealing Systems, Inc.  William’s education includes civil, electrical and chemical engineering.  He is a certified public manager and utilities consultant and has more than 43 years’ experience in the water and wastewater industry, as former Water & Sewer Superintendent for the City of Myrtle Beach, SC.  He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State/ICS. He is certified public manager and co-author of the South Carolina Voluntary Certification. He is a member of Water Environment Federation and American Society of Certified Public Managers.

Kevin Morris

Mr. Morris has been employed with Sherwin-Williams for 25 years, with the past 16 years dedicated to the Protective & Marine Coatings Division. In the past, Mr. Morris has served as Protective & Marine Coatings Sales Representative and Corrosion Specification Specialist in the Southeastern United States. Currently, Mr. Morris is responsible for the North American Water & Wastewater and Power Generation Market Segments for Sherwin-Williams Protective & Marine Coatings Division.

Mr. Morris is a NACE Level III Certified Coatings Inspector, a Certified Concrete Coatings Inspector with The Society of Protective Coatings, and an Instructor for The Society of Protective Coatings – Concrete Coatings Basics and Concrete Coatings Inspector programs.

He has written and published numerous papers and articles for organizations such as: Paints and Coatings Expo (PACE), International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI), America Water Works Association (AWWA), Water Environment & Technology (WE&T), and the Journal of Protective Coatings & Linings (JPCL).

Reaves K. Ward

Territory Manager, MSC Equipment, Inc.

Reaves represents MSC Equipment Inc. as a Territory Manager of sales and also provides service and training to its customers.

Before working at MSC Equipment, Inc. he worked for Vision NC in Creedmoor, NC, where he performed the cleaning of storm and sewer systems and inspected the quality of those systems using Combination jetter/vac trucks and sewer/storm remote controlled inspection cameras.

Reaves grew up on a small farm in Franklin County, VA. He earned a B.A. from Hampden- Sydney College, and a high school degree from Christchurch School on Virginia’s Rappahannock River where he received the Outdoor Leadership Award and Citizenship Award.

During high school and college he worked as a camp counselor and Fishing Director for Christchurch School’s Summer Camps on the Rappahannock, where he taught the techniques and ethics of catch and release fishing. He led youth anglers on fishing excursions with instruction on safe and enjoyable fishing practices.

Reaves is an avid sportsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, sporting clays and other shooting sports. He lives in Rockville, VA with his canine companion, Sophie.

Mr. Mikhail is the Director of the CUES Manhole Inspection Division (MID). CUES MID specializes in providing utilities and contractors with innovative and unique inspection technologies to address manhole and connecting pipeline inspections. Mr. Mikhail has been with CUES for a period of 2 years where he serves as a technical lead and director for the CUES manhole inspection products.

Mr. Mikhail is responsible for bringing the SPiDER scanning technology into the different utility market segments. Prior to CUES, Mr. Mikhail held positions in Engineering Consulting Firms over a period of 21 years with a majority of that time spent assisting utilities around the country with their sanitary and storm assessment challenges.

Mr. Mikhail also works in recommending other advanced manhole technologies developed by CUES.

Mr. Stenman is a Technical Trainer with Picote Solutions, Inc. specializing in the development and application of the Picote Pipe Coating System. Previously, Ari owned a Home Inspection business and was a Licensed Home Inspector and Radon Mitigator. He has a bachelors degree in Business Administration from NIU. He has been in the Trenchless Industry for over 3 years and looks forward to watching the industry continue to grow and develop.

Jeff Tinlin

Jeff has been involved in the Wastewater industry since 1991 when he joined Pearpoint, Inc. as the Midwest Regional Sales Manager based out of the Chicago area. He now has over 26 years of experience in our market with hands on experience in the Sales and Training of Mainline CCTV equipment, Cutter robotics, PACP certified Reporting software, Lateral Inspection systems and CIPP lining technologies.  Jeff’s current role is Managing Director of CIPP Robotics based in La Salle, IL.   He was also a participant on the original NASSCO committee that was responsible for the development of the PACP program in 2000-2002 and is currently a Trainer for that NASSCO PACP certification program.  In addition, he holds two patents for the Inline Jetsonde – a unique design allowing sewer cleaning crews to attach a deep locating sonde onto the end of a jet-hose without the risk of losing the sonde.

Tim Mallon is the Eastern Regional Sales Manager for WinCan LLC. WinCan was the first sewer inspection software ever developed and remains the most trusted brand in the market with 8500 licenses worldwide. Tim has an extensive background in both Sales and Data Collection in the Wastewater/Stormwater and GIS/GPS industries. Tim graduated from THE Ohio State University with a BS in Geography. Tim has had a love of maps and all things geographic since he was very young, which has led him to his current position. Tim lives in Fairfax County, VA with his wife and daughters.

Mike Russin is the Business Manager for WinCan LLC based out of Pittsburgh, PA. He obtained a B.S. in Environmental Sciences from Gannon University. He has 17 years in the wastewater industry, working both in the private and public sectors as a contractor, consultant and vendor. Mike specializes in providing asset management software solutions tailored specifically to the challenges that municipalities and wastewater management contractors face in the industry today. Currently, Mike has been an active NASSCO member since 2002 and currently serves as the Co-Chair of NASSCO’s Software Vendor committee and is a past member of the NASSCO Board of Directors.
