After my friends’ pick up truck was loaded with 4 sheets of plywood, a pallet and 24 bundles of shingles, I started to follow him to my house. We were on 1 of the busiest streets in Wilmington, NC during serious rush  hour, holiday traffic. At a stop light, my friend was slowly taking off and all of a sudden, all 4 sheets of plywood, the pallet and all the bundles come sliding right off the back of the truck into the street. I immediately stopped my car, put the flashers on and saw my friend calling 911 to get a cop to direct traffic. While doing this, his wife backed the truck up to the mess in the road. There was no possible way for any of us to reload the truck because of back problems. Then, by the grace of God, 3 angels came running out of nowhere, it seemed, and started loading the truck back up. While doing so, we were able to ask them where they were from and who they worked for. All three gentlemen, Raymond, David, and Todd, had the truck reloaded within 5 minutes, before a cop could even get there. We attempted to give them money for getting us out of a huge bind and all 3 absolutely refused, and we tried really hard to give it to them. They simply wished us a Merry Christmas and went back to where they came from. If it wasn’t for them, I probably would’ve had an ‘ugly’ cry moment, but instead, they put a smile on my heart. They are truly outstanding men who put my faith back into humanity and 3 men that your company should recognize and be grateful to have as employees.

We needed a repair/refurbish on an elderly manhole. Prism was prompt, professional, courteous to residents and – best of all – no issues in the years since the work. Will definitely call them again and I highly recommend.

Great job by the crew.  No complaints from residents, nice clean work and everyone is happy.  Pass on my thanks to the crew.

Prism Contractors & Engineers, Inc. has provided us quality services over the years. Prism’s ability to communicate effectively and provide daily updates keeps me informed of progress, problems and long term project progress.  Prism’s ability to complete difficult and complex rehabilitation within our sanitary sewer system in a time sensitive manner was crucial to meeting our State required mandates.  I look forward to working with Prism again in the future.

Prism Contractors & Engineers, Inc. was first contracted by the City of Franklin Department of Public Works in May of 2006 to solely provide for our engineering and design needs. Since then Franklin has successfully completed several large and medium projects with Prism at the helm. The difference between Prism and the corporate A&E firms is personal involvement at every level from start to finish. Prism over the years has also provided services for Franklin City Public Schools, the Office of Community Development, and Franklin Redevelopment and Housing Authority.

David Reaves and the Prism team put their names on every project they do.  They deliver accurate and quality products every time and save our taxpayers money. That’s the bottom line.

Prism Contractors & Engineers, Inc. has been providing sanitary sewer pipeline cleaning and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) inspection services to James City Service Authority (JCSA) since 2010. They have provided quality service for a reasonable price. Their videos are clear and their PACP reports accurate. Their frequent reporting of project status is appreciated.  When significant deficiencies are discovered in the field Prism advises JCSA promptly so action can be taken quickly. Prism is very responsive to requests, and is always attentive to project needs and owner inquiries. Their staff conducts themselves professionally and courteously in the field and interacts well with the public as necessary. I would recommend Prism without hesitation.

For months, intermittently, I have had sewer backup and the Public Works Department had been unable to fix the problem.  Four times the toilet had overflowed.  Finally, Prism Contractors & Engineers, Inc. was called in to evaluate the problem which was on the city side.  First, they televisioned and inspected the line to the main, found tree roots, and a broken line.  Second, they cleaned all the roots and broken pieces out.  Third, they slip buried the pipe from my property into the main.  For the first time in years my plumbing works perfectly.

A perfect job by Prism made us very happy.  Technology and experience are a beautiful thing!

Prism Contractors & Engineers, Inc. provided engineering and construction services to one of our recent projects and we are very pleased with their performance.  The level of customer service was outstanding and they were very knowledgeable and professional at all times.  I highly recommend Prism Contractors & Engineers, Inc.

Over the past thirteen years, I have worked directly with David Reaves, President of Prism Contractors & Engineers, Inc., his experience in the wastewater industry and desire to offer quality service has been exceptional. My experience with Prism Contractors & Engineers has been outstanding – their attention to detail and desire to offer the most competitive cost for their customers and retain the highest level of quality control sets Prism apart from their competition.  I highly recommend their company without hesitation and look forward to working with them in the future.

Neither rain, sleet, nor SNOW can keep these dedicated professionals from serving their customers and clients. How great to count on Prism when you need help!

Of all the hundreds of trainings and hundreds of thousands of students that I’ve trained, your employees are absolutely incredible!  To sit for twelve hours and NOT one negative attitude in the group is absolutely unheard of.  In the thirty-nine years of conducting trainings, I’ve never seen such positive behavior.

My name is Mark Tschirhart, I am the Associate Director for Capital Plans and Projects for York County School Division. I enjoyed working with David Reaves and several of the other engineers on the Tabb Middle School Bus and Vehicle Parking Project. Although the scope and location of the project was changed several times, Prism was very flexible and produced a very good set of plans. They also visited the site multiple times to insure that construction was following the approved plans. We look forward to working with them on future civil engineering projects.

As an association manager, I must rely on credentialed professionals in many fields to accomplish my work each day.   I can count on Prism Contractors and Engineers to come through each and every time.   Thorough, timely, professional presentation of services.  I highly recommend this company for sewer, BMP, pipe structure evaluation, repair, and replacement.   Take advantage of their willingness to provide educational programs for residents, manager’s, Board of Directors!

You hit the nail on the head the AutumnFest was fair and balanced the speakers and staff was pleasant and well informed. I felt that each person had enough time to talk about their product and the displays were fantastic. Thank you, I am looking forward to your next AutumnFest.

The event (AutumnFest) was great and very well put together. I got a lot of great info out of it and it was nice to be able to step outside and see demonstration’s as we went along. Great job!

Prism Contractors & Engineers, Inc. was a Gold Level sponsor of our Canstructure Contest!! We appreciate their support and interest in helping young people make a difference in our community!

Your employee Steven Murray and his crew did an outstanding job on rebuilding our shoreline. We were completely amazed at the courtesy they had towards everyone. We have never seen a contractor working for a city anywhere that did their work to a level that this crew did. Everything looked better after they left.

I just wanted to send you a quick thank you for taking time to talk to me yesterday about the repairs going on behind our house.  I appreciate your willingness to take time out of your schedule to explain what was going on to me.  Both you (Steve) and Bret were very helpful.  Your efforts were definitely appreciated.

Thanks for the invitation and opportunity to attend your AutumnFest. I found it to be very informative and well organized. I learned many new things related to the industry. It was well worth the time invested to attend.

On behalf of staff of the James City County Division of Engineering and Resource Protection, I would like to thank you and your staff for your professionalism, hard work, and effort to sponsor the 2nd Annual technical conference and exhibition at firm’s headquarters on September 21, 2016.

Several of our engineering and compliance inspection staff attended the event. It was an awesome training and professional development opportunity for our staff as it relates to our division’s duties associated with the County’s stormwater pipe/facility inspection and asbuilt/ construction certification programs. It was very helpful also for us to understand more about equipment and technologies available for trenchless rehabilitations. Everything was wonderful including the speakers, demonstrations, booths and exhibits and all your staffs assistance – right down to even the layout and fall decorations in your shop.

The event exemplifies the County’s core values of collaboration and excellence and we were proud to attend this event at a local business of James City County. Again, thank you and we look forward to next year’s 3rd Annual AutumnFest!

Thank you so much for inviting us to your second annual AutumnFest.  Your team did an excellent job.  We enjoyed immensely your company and the delicious food.  You are truly fantastic host and hostess.  We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

It has been a pleasure doing work with you and your crew. I have been a part of countless utility projects over the years, but you have a real stand out crew there. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The product we were left with was top notch!
