Prism Awarded City of Staunton Manhole Rehab Contract

Prism was awarded a manhole rehabilitation contract for the City of Staunton.  Work will be completed on an as needed basis for one (1) calendar year and is renewable for up to three (3) one-year periods.  Work will include the application of cementitious lining,  interior reconstruction, leak sealing, bench and channel construction, chimney seal installation and frame and cover replacement.  For this work Prism will utilize the following products:

  • Madewell ML-72
  • Madewell Mainstay Composite System
  • Madewell ML-10
  • Flex-Seal Utility Sealant

The Stuanton Department of Public Works is a team of dedicated professionals who provide responsive and essential services which are necessary to sustain the public infrastructure. They are responsible for street maintenance, drainage, snow removal, traffic signals, street signs, fleet maintenance, refuse & recycling, water treatment, municipal parking, water and sewer lines, and facility maintenance for all municipal buildings. The Department maintains a vital role in preserving Staunton’s past, providing for its present needs, and ensuring its future. Public Works is the City’s largest operational department and oversees the largest budget.
