  • Prism Contractors & Engineers, Inc. is willing to provide same unit pricing with our suppliers to help establish credit. If you need assistance with obtaining bonding, loan capital, lines of credit, insurance or joint pay agreements please contact us and we will review your needs and direct you to available agencies for assistance.
  • Prism Contractors & Engineers, Inc. will look at the possibility of a joint venture or partnership arrangement, if appropriate.
  • Prism Contractors & Engineers, Inc. pays twice monthly on submission of qualified invoice.

GREEN MILL RUN & TAR RIVER OUTFALLS SEWER REHABILITATION PHASE IV

Scope of Work:

The work includes the rehabilitation of the following reaches:

  • Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation of a portion of the 24-inch Green Mill Run Outfall and Epoxy lining of the corresponding manholes, extending from just west of the intersection of Shawnee Place and Millbrook Street to just north of the intersection of Arthur Street and Evans Street  approximately 6,705 lf of 24-inch and 232 vlf, 28 manholes)
  • CIPP rehabilitation of a portion of the 21-inch and 24-inch Tar River Outfall and Epoxy lining of the corresponding manholes, extending from west of Pitt Street to just east of Green Street (approximately 660 lf of 21-inch and 180 lf of 24-inch, and 74 vlf, 5 manholes)
  • CIPP rehabilitation of a portion of the 27-inch Tar River Outfall and Epoxy lining of the corresponding manholes, extending from the intersection of Avery Street and N. Jarvis Street to just northeast of the intersection of Willow Street and River Road (approximately 795 of 27-inch, and 57 vlf, 4 manholes)

Work may also include the following contingency items:

  • CIPP rehabilitation of a portion of the 24-inch Green Mill Run Outfall and Epoxy lining of the corresponding manholes, extending from the intersection of Sunset Avenue and Millbrook Street, along Millbrook Street, to just west of the intersection of Shawnee Place and Millbrook Street (approximately 905 lf of 24-inch, and 32 vlf, 4 manholes)
  • Point repairs and joint testing and grouting.

Work includes all tasks necessary to deliver the finished product for service and
shall, at minimum, include site access, CSX coordination, pre-and post-cleaning and television inspection, by-pass pumping/flow control, required testing, and restoration of all areas disturbed by the contractor.
